7. Shipping, Delivery & Delays

  • Shipments are handled via delivery partners (e.g., Shiprocket) and other trusted logistics providers.
  • Estimated delivery:
    • Local: 3–4 business days after dispatch
    • All India: 4–6 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to natural disasters, strikes, or holidays.
  • Free shipping is offered as per regional rules.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information; Hind Store is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

8. Return, Refund & Replacement

  • Return period: 3 days from delivery.
  • Non-returnable products are clearly mentioned in the product description.
  • Refunds are provided as Store Credit.
  • Seller bears return shipping charges only for defective items.
  • Misuse, fake orders, or malicious returns may result in order cancellation without refund.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method.
