5. Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is approved due to a verified defect or damage, return shipping charges will be borne by Hind Store
- In all other cases, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer

- Refunds are initiated within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect
